Special Events at The
Butterfly Place
Open February 14th (Valentines Day) through the
Sunday after Thanksgiving.
The Butterfly Place provides
the ideal setting for all types of events, including:
Weddings, Bridal Showers, Anniversaries,
Birthdays, Family Gatherings & Corporate Events.
We also rent our beautiful indoor garden for
Engagements, Special Occasions and Family Portraits.

Birthday Parties –
There is a picnic area covered with a tent. There are sides on the tent,
when needed, offering protection from “Mother Nature”. There is no place to
eat inside. Several picnic tables are available under the tent, and our
staff will assist you as needed. (There is no separate party area, but there
is always room for your guests.)
Children MUST always be with an adult. We suggest a minimum 1:8 adult/child
ratio.
We never charge children until they are 3 years old. If some of your guests
are under 3, or if you need additional goodie bags or cupcakes, please talk with
Anna, our coordinator. The regular admission for adults is $9.00. The party
package rate is $8.00 (minimum of 15). Please be sure that there is adequate
adult supervision for the children. In addition, please ask your adult
guests if they will be visiting with the children. ONE person must pay for
everyone attending the party. Please do one of the following, whichever is
more convenient for you:
1. Pay for
every adult and child before they go inside to visit, or
2. If guests
will not arrive at the same time, ask The Butterfly Place to keep a tally of
the number of adults and the number of children, then pay for everyone
before enjoying refreshments.
At times, an adult or sibling who has been invited to the party may
bring someone who has not been invited. Please pay the party planner
in this instance. If money is paid separately, not by the
party planner, full admission will be charged.
A visit to The Butterfly Place takes about an hour inside. Outside time
is again about an hour. Payment for the party is expected after your indoor
visit time and is to be made by the host / hostess. If unexpected
guests arrive, they will be charged the regular admission. Have fun and

The cost is $8.00 per person, adult or child (over the age of 3).
There is a minimum of 15 persons or a cash equivalent of $120.00.
This covers the cost of admission, as well as the Birthday Package, below. A
$40.00 deposit is required. Please make your reservation as far in
advance as possible. |
